1. How can I get access to TiFi Slice loans?
Download our app from Google Play Store, sign-up with your phone number, fill in the application information, and apply for a loan.
2. Can I change my NID/BVN/any personal information after applying for a loan?
Unfortunately, no. At TiFi Slice, clients can not change information after applying for a loan due to our anti-fraud system. Kindly double-check your personal information before clicking ‘Submit’ button.
3. Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account. Also, your information will be deleted in TiFi Slice's system as well once you’ve decided to delete your account.

4. What is required to receive a TiFi Slice loan?
Kenya: National ID, Phone Number Registered with M-pesa, M-pesa Account, Kenya Citizenship, age in [18-60]
Nigeria: Bank account, Phone Number, BVN Number, Nigeria Citizenship, age in [18-60]
Tanzania: National ID、Phone Number registered with one of M-pesa, Tigo-pesa, Airtel Money and Halopes, Tanzania Citizenship, age in [18-60]
South Africa: National ID, Bank account, Phone Number, South Africa Citizenship, age in [18-60]
5. Why do I get rejection for a loan?
If you get rejection when you apply, don’t worry!
Sometimes it may take several attempts to qualify for a loan. We encourage you to try again after 3 days and provide more information to get a loan.

6. How do I apply for a loan?
Open Google Play and search for “TiFi Slice” APP. After downloading, you can open the app and follow the process to apply for a loan.
7. How much can I borrow??
Kenya: Up to Ksh 200,00
Nigeria: Up to NGN 800,000
Tanzania: Up to TZS 400,000
South Africa: Up to R 20,000
8. How long does the application process take?
It takes about 5 minutes.
Repayment
9. How can I repay my loan?
Open our app, click ‘My Loan’, confirm that all details are correct and press ‘Repay now’, choose your repayment method, make sure your information on bank number/M-pesa account is correct, and complete your repayment.
10. Where can I see my repayment plan?
To view your repayment information, kindly click “My Profile”, then choose “Borrow History”. You will be able to see your due date and the amount.
11. My repayment didn’t reflect. What should I do?
If your repayment didn't reflect within a few hours after your payment, kindly send us the transaction confirmation message to our email: help@tifislice.com or call our customer service hotline: +254 705138432.
12. Can I repay it early?
Yes, of course. You could repay your loan early, just click 'My Loan' and find the loan that you want to pay in advance and click 'Repay In Advance'.
13. What happens if I overpay my loan?
After reconciliation of all payments, excess funds will be reversed to your repayment bank account/M-pesa account in 15 working days.
14. Can I pay a loan on behalf of someone else?
No, you just only repay your loan.
Overdue Loan
15. What will happen if I pay my loan late?
Overdue repayments automatically incur a fee of 2% per day.
Kindly remember, repay your loan by its due date allows you to access larger loan sizes. Late repayments will affect your ability to get subsequent or larger loans. If you are very late on your payments, we will put you into blacklist and report to the local Credit Bureau.
16. Can I request to repay my loan after the due day?
Yes, now TiFi Slice has a function: Extension. Our clients can choose to extend your loan with a lower interest rate.
Security & Privacy
17. Can I trust TiFi Slice with my data?
We use world-class data security and encryption techniques to protect our clients' data. TiFi Slice will never share your information with third parties. Just remember, TiFi Slice never sells clients' data or credit profiles.
18. Why does TiFi Slice need my M-pesa account/BVN number?
TiFi Slice uses your M-pesa account/BVN to ensure your account belongs to you, and so that no one else can apply for a loan using your account. We understand that this is very sensitive information and takes our customer privacy very seriously.
19. Why do you need permission for my phone?
TiFi Slice uses data from your phone, including your handset details and financial transaction messages to make lending decisions. These data are a crucial part of our decision-making process, and allow us to provide seamless and efficient financial services.
20. How do I give permission to TiFi Slice on my phone?
On your Android Phone, kindly go to Settings > Apps > TiFi Slice > Permissions and make sure that you have enabled TiFi Slice to access everything requested.
